Ayla Beach Club Policies and Rules

Welcome to Ayla Beach Club, where we strive to provide an enjoyable and relaxing experience for all our guests. To ensure everyone’s safety and comfort, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following policies and rules:

General Policies

1. Admission: Guests must be 21 years or older to enter the beach club. Valid identification may be required at entry.
2. Dress Code: Appropriate beachwear is required. Offensive or inappropriate clothing is not permitted.
3. Reservations: Advance bookings are recommended to secure your spot. Walk-ins are subject to availability.
4. Behavior: Respectful behavior towards staff and other guests is mandatory. Disorderly conduct, including excessive intoxication or inappropriate behavior, will not be tolerated.

Health and Safety

1. Swimming: Swim at your own risk. Lifeguards are not on duty.
2. Prohibited Items:
   • No outside food or beverages are allowed.
   • Glass bottles, illegal substances, and weapons are strictly forbidden.
3. Personal Belongings: Ayla Beach Club is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep your belongings with you at all times.
4. Health Precautions: Guests who are feeling unwell or showing signs of illness are advised to refrain from visiting.

Facilities Use

1. Pool Area:
   • Pool access is restricted to guests with proper swimwear.
   • No diving, running, or rough play around the pool.
2. Beach Access:
   • Use designated areas for lounging and swimming.
   • Keep the beach clean by disposing of waste in designated bins.
3. Smoking: Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Food and Beverage

1. Outside Food and Drinks: Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
2. Menu Offerings: Please inform staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions when ordering.
3. Alcohol Consumption:
   • Alcohol is served only to guests 21 years or older.
   • Excessive consumption and disruptive behavior will result in removal from the premises.

Events and Parties

1. Private Events: Reservations for private events must be made in advance. Custom policies may apply for private bookings.
2. Music and Noise: Guests must respect noise levels in shared spaces. Management reserves the right to control music volume.

Environmental Commitment

1. Sustainability: Guests are encouraged to minimize waste and support our environmental initiatives.
